Another Christmas Come and Gone
I just want to let you all know how much I really love you. Christmas this year was so great. I love how everyone stayed connected on the blog, and Early Christmas was a hit as usual. We missed the Sadlers and Griffiths but we really could feel their presence. Thanks Mom and Dad for having us all week. Christmas felt different this year, but it felt so good to be with our family. On to 2010.

Two More Days
Today we begin preparations for our trip to Tennessee! I can't wait to make the trip and spend Christmas with Stef and Matt! I am excited to see them, and I am so grateful that we will be able to spend this holiday together! I am still missing home desperately, but we will have a great time with family and try and make it home ASAP!

Yes. Yes, I will...
However, Miss Holly, you will have to pack up Eric and come here to get it. Nick is excited for it too! He wanted me to make it for the Ward Christmas Social...he's nuts! Miss you and love you!

Happy Christmas Season! I am thinking of ALL of you right now and praying for you daily. We put up our tree to finish off our decorating and our little house is cozy with a fire in the fireplace. We miss you all and can't wait until we get to see everyone, whenever that may be. Thank you all for your love and support of us. Love, Matt and Stef

A Little Holiday Cheer
So, I know that you have all seen our pictures on Facebook, but I just wanted to post a picture here too. I love, love, love this time of year! The music and the lights and the cookies and the general spirit of it all. I love it! I hope that everyone else is able to find some holiday joy right now too. It is tough being away from each other, and I often think of Little Women as Jo ponders why things have to change, and then I look around at our growing family. We are truly blessed by the new siblings we have and the baby that is on the way and others that are sure to follow. I wouldn't trade it for all the gold in China. Merry Christmas to all!

Non Posters
So, if those family members who have not posted items yet could post items that they want that would really help out those of us who live in other states and have to have time to mail the gifts home for Early Christmas and Regular Christmas. I know it would make it easier for Matt and I. Spouses can post for other spouses if that makes it easier. I know there is a lot going on right now for everyone. Love you all! Stefanie and Matt

Hi all
Hey everyone, just wanted to say hi and let you all know that we are thinking about you. We are really missing the people and places in Colorado and Utah... (and Texas) right now. I put up Christmas decorations yesterday and it always makes me think of everyone. I wish more than anything that I could be there for early christmas this year. Unfortunately, money doesn't allow for us to come out that early. We may be in the area around New Year's for about a week. We are praying that it works out. We are heading to the doctor this week for our first ultrasound. We're pretty excited. That means in 4 weeks we can find out what we are having. Thank you all for your prayers and support for us on our adventure out here. I pray for all of you every day. Much love to everyone! Talk to you all soon! Stefanie

A Nice Modern Addition to Christmas
pandora.com is a great place to listen to music in general, but it's really great that you can put in a Christmas song and it will stream Christmas music for you. I personally picked Holly Jolly Christmas by Burl Ives and I'm loving the selections! So just thought I'd impart my tech savvy holiday wisdom. We all know, "The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!"

It's Snowing!
We got snow last night...the kind that's still on the grass, but just leaves the cement wet. However, I'm more inspired than ever to play the Christmas tunes! Went to help out the gal who does Toys for Tots this morning...organizing and sorting the few leftover toys from last year as they gear up for the donations for this year! She was very excited when she found out it was me who manned the stocking stuffer rooms last year, apparently I made things flow fairly smoothly! She begged me to repeat the performance this year, which is fine, since I'd already signed up for that shift on the 19th! Nice to be needed...and appreciated! So, that's my latest holiday story...love you all! Mom

Everyone seems to be getting in the spirit of the season. Thanksgiving is coming in just a few days. Is there someone in your life (teacher, professor, co-worker, friend) who you are especially grateful for? And, what can you do to thank them for their influence in your life? We don't need to share that information here, but, please, think about it. Dadios

Christmas Spirit
Nice to see you all posting as much as possible. I was thinking about past Christmas' today, and I have to say that I am more relieved to see this season here than I have ever been before. I love Christmas. I love the spirit it brings and the miracles that happen. I think that in a lot of ways this is going to be both the greatest and the hardest holiday season I have ever expereinced. Thanks to Mom, I have been singing I'll be home for Christmas (well, thanks to her and the news story about it when some principal tried to make his choir sing I'll be home for WINTER instead) for days. If only in my dreams is right though. It may be in my dreams--and I will be dreaming about home a lot--but I know that we will be together in spirit. I thought that posting this would help my homesickness, but it is kind of making it worse. Shoot! So, here is a picture from Christmas past...considering all the posts left recently, I thought it was appropriate.
To all...
Sign your posts, Holly was very clear on this matter. We can't tell who you are otherwise because we all use the same login. Mom, your's are obvious so you don't have to.
Love, Adam

Ummmmm....
I'm slowly figuring this out. We will see you all for 'early Christmas' and then will be doing Christmas at the Lommel's. I don't know if it has been decided yet but we will be at Ali and Adam's place either Chistmas Eve or day for "Casserole Christmas" where we each make a casserole to sample/gorge ourselves on. Which reminds me. Mom, will you please send me the recipe for Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole? Thanks and Love, Adam

Plans
I don't know what everyone's plans for Christmas are. Where will everyone be spending the holiday this year? Nick and I are headed to Nashville for about a week. We are excited to see Stef and Matt and the kumquat...oh, and Elle. It can't come fast enough if you ask me. Miss you all!

The New Holiday Season!
I am so excited to be starting the blog again for this season! I feel closer to everyone when we use it and I hope those less frequent users will join in this year. The lists will show up on the blog when you start posting your gift wishes. I'll email everyone again when I figure out what the email is to log in with. Otherwise I'll create a new one.

Drawing Names...
As we drew names for Early Christmas it occurred to me how fragmented we are going to be this Christmas! We will all have to post pictures and such on Facebook and on this blog so we can keep track of what we are all doing. Yikes! I don't like the idea of us being so spread out, but this is an amazing time for all of us! Love you guys!

See, Holly!
I did post something in May, and I am posting this now. Maybe this year we will be able to use the same blog! :)
