Just wanted to let you all know that I am doing well. I am trying to stay optimistic, but you all know me well enough to know that that doesn't always work. We are doing our best, and I think I only cry once a day when Nick goes home. It is silly for him to sleep here though when there isn't a bed for him. I miss you all a lot, and I wish we could all be together. We are being well taken care of though. The nurses are great. We have had lots of visitors. We have more coming tomorrow, and it is nice to have a distraction. Nick keeps bringing things and doing things to make our room more cozy, and I really love it. He brings me clothes and food and games and smelly things to make our room smell less like a hospital. You have got to love that!
Anyway, just wanted to reassure you that we are doing as well as can be expected. Baby Q is still doing well. She needed a little coaxing this morning to move around enough to make my nurse happy, but I have been so still and quiet that I am not surprised that she is being quiet too. My nurse today says that she thought she felt her sideways, but who knows! I would certainly like her to flip and soon! I know she has the room, but I am worried about the time.
Love you guys! We hit 33 weeks tomorrow! Every extra day is a blessing now. We will have a baby here before we know it. Four weeks or sooner. Wow! WOW! Say a prayer for our little girl to grow, grow, grow!

Christmas is coming!
Kelli and I just went and picked out our Christmas tree for this year. Your Mom is finally smiling about the season ahead. We are looking forward to having all, who can make it, here for early Christmas. See you soon!

Lists
Hello all,
Let's make sure that everyone has some stuff listed so "Santa" can get them something good.
Thank you kindly,
Adam

Thank You All!
I don't know about the rest of you, but I had a really fantastic Thanksgiving! I don't really have the words to express what it meant to me to have you all come here and spend those days with us. Thank you for traveling. Thank you for being here with us. Thank you for making this year so special. I love you all, and I miss you a ton. When Lisa left this morning, she reminded me that the next time I see any of you, I will have a baby. Oh my gosh! I'm having a baby! Do I need a license for that?
I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas season! Nick and I love you all very much!

Well, well, look at me also posting to the blog so early in the holiday season. I am glad that we are growing this tradition of staying in touch. Enjoy the few days you will all have together in Fort Worth. I only wish that Adam and Kara could join in the festivities with you. It will be good to be creating your own traditions and memories that you and your families will carry on for years to come. We will miss seeing you. We also have our own new traditions to develop. Have fun!

I Like Smiling. Smiling's My Favorite!
Well, well, look at me...putting up an actual post on the family blog! I don't know why it seems like everyone around is in a hurry for Christmas this year...I've heard several friends and co-workers who already have decorations up! As for me, I will grit my teeth and be happy with my Yankee Doodles for one more week, but then, out come the trimmings! Can't imagine how it will feel to spend my first Thanksgiving in 30 years without you, but hey...yet another milestone in our lives! I love you all more than I can ever say, don't you EVER forget it! Love, Mom
